Mak Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc....

                           Mak Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
So far I still have not been able to find this wine anywhere except online, I first tasted it at Wine Steals in Hillcrest and fell in love! It has razor sharp acidity, which I love in a Sauvignon Blanc, succulent and intense, with notes of gooseberry, tart lemon, and passion fruit. I don't think I have found a region that I like more than Marborough for Sauvignon Blanc, whenever I try a domestic Sauvignon I am usually disappointed by the lack of acidity.
