Carmen dell'Orifice turns 80

 Carmen dell'Orefice turned 80 this month! The grey-haired beauty is still in demand and this year walked at Alberta Ferretti’s Pitti Uomo show and Adrienne Vittadini’s Lincoln Center presentation.
In her 66 year career, Ms Dell’Orefice has graced the cover of Vogue six times and been the face of 14 cosmetic campaigns.
She had posed for photography legends including Richard Avedon, Irvin Penn, Cecil Beaton and Norman Parkinson.

Perfect Blank Canvas

Freja Beha Erichson is one of my current favorite models...She is a little bit Mick Jagger mixed with a lot of Edie Sedgewick, a little Lady Miss Kier (Kirby), a dash of Jane Fonda and a tad of Kate Moss. I love how great she looks with long or short hair, and with or without much makeup. As a makeup artist I can tell by her bone structure she would be a really fun blank canvas to work on.

Coco Sumner is the daughter of Sting and Trudie Styler. She is 20 years old and already following in her famous fathers footsteps at quite an amazing pace right out of the gate. Her voice is strong a bit like Fiest, but with a power and depth to it much like her father. Apparently back in December there were some copies of her debut album that were sold through some Urban Outfitter locations, but I had not heard of her until recently coming across a video on youtube. And recently reading that she is currently on tour with La Roux whom I also love...

Liam Gallagher Loves Weiners

I personally have never been a big fan of Liam Gallegher, don't get me wrong I am an Oasis fan but he has been a bit of a big old arse in the past. Now that I have read this article on The Long and Short of It  via  the UK Sun I think I may change my mind about him, since I am a huge Dachshund fan. If I had enough money to care for them I'm sure I would have a small herd.

WHEN LIAM GALLAGHER signed up as a face of dog charity Pup Aid last year, I thought all the drugs had finally pickled his brain.
But the OASIS star genuinely cares for man's best friend - as his latest interview proves.

The BEADY EYE frontman has leapt to the defence of dachshunds - or sausage dogs as they are better known - after hearing the breed is endangered.

He and NICOLE APPLETON have one of the four-legged friends called Ruby and on a recent trip to Germany Liam said he would be a crusader for their cause.

He ranted: "Extinction of sausage dogs? I will prevent that! When I'm back in England I am gonna buy 900 of them. I am gonna prevent them from downfall."

Kelly Wearstler is a brand in herself. She has been on numerous design shows,she is an interior designer and has worked with some of the biggest celebrities in the business all over the world. She also has branched off and done some designs for companies such as Pickard, Bergdorf Goodman, and Schumacher to name a few. I didn't realize but she has two great design books out. The first is called called Modern Glamour which takes you on a journey through some of her commercial and hotel projects. She has an unusual kaleidoscopic style that comes across as glamourous, it gives us different and out of the ordinary ideas for our own homes.
