Will Cotton is the mastermind behind the concept art for Katy Perry's new album. I must say, I really was curious as to how it came to be, with all of the Willy Wonka-ish backgrounds, and cotton candy clouds. He is a very talented artist and his paintings are reminiscent of the oil on velvets from the late 60's.The paintings he produces have a very dream like quality and almost make you believe they are not paintings at all but a photograph .
